Buttermilk Ranch Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

I kept seeing Chef Dan Silverman’s recipe for Million Dollar Chicken (as featured by Ina Garten on Food Network) popping up on recipe sites and Pinterest.

It’s a whole roasted chicken glazed with crème fraiche and lemon juice. It looked DIVINE and I wanted to make it but I always keep y’all in mind when I’m cooking stuff and I get the feeling most of you don’t keep crème fraiche in your Frigidaire.
